Help!? with wording on a bridal shower Invitation!?

I’m hosting my sisters bridal shower @ a restaurant. It will be a luncheon. The time is from 1-4pm. But they are going to start taking orders for drinks and food at around 1:15. How do I make a note of this on the invite? I want to say something like ‘Lunch will be served promptly ……???? …. ‘ I’m lost. Help! How do I word this nicely on the invitations? I just don’t want people thinking they can come late or whenever they want.

“Lunch will be served promptly at 1.” You don’t have to specify the extra 15 minutes of slop time.
